I always type www.teamsugar.com to check my inbox and guestbook easily. Then I go to mysugar to access the other teamsugar sites. Pop is the only one where I noticed that the navigation has changed.

i don't think it is possible. you have to go back to Team to get to your unreads. Having said that it would be nice if that feature was put back on the other sugar sites just so it skips a step.

Savvy has changed too.

I'm always on Team so I haven't had that problem yet.. Though I have become totally obsessed with awflplasticsurgarydotcom in the past two days which has sparked my interest in celebs again so.. I may need to know this soon

On the top of pop there is your userid, and if you click on that, you can check your messages. I don't like the overall layout.

I am really afraid that we'll never see a "new comments" link ever again...

Yeah the new pop format isn't user friendly to those of use who are regular users. I think in the future I will just go straight to citizen so i can see if I have messages and get to my unreads easily. I hope the other pages aren't going into this format.

Well I hope the new link doesn't go away along with a few others things that we are accustomed to before the OnSugar layout. But I can say the final result will be something we will all enjoy. That is one thing I love about Sugar is eventually things buff out and they take on the user requests pretty fairly at the same time.

Like Phasekitty said, we will just have to work the kinks for now.

So for now, I am just finding a workaround to get to things that are in change mode.

Looks like there isn't any member levels, too. No more diamond or gold. So now everybody is just "registered" And I was only 2000 pts away from diamond, too!

Your points are still there. Just go to teamsugar instead of popsugar girls.

It certainly looks like all the sites are going to transition to this new look, so I'm curious to see how they'll address the issue with not easily being able to get back to your unreads.

Also, with the new layout, anyone who uses AdBlocker Plus like I do doesn't get to see the Sugar gals' faces. It's cut off from the chest up by the Onsugar bar.

I am really not liking the new format. I click on the link that has my name it takes me to Onsugar and I really do not want an Onsugar page. I know they want the pages to look nice and bring in more readers but they still need to function for the rest of us who actually use the site

Slow is an understatement...

And when you're in the new format and want to get to the next article that there is normally a link to at the bottom, it's gone...so you have to click back or go to "fab sugar" again and scroll. Blah!

I have been trying to do the votes on Bella & Fab and the entire process has taken me over an hour (while at work) and I am only 1/4 done! The slow loading is driving me insane.

This new layout is confusing and awful. Bigger fail than the new Facebook by far.

Ok, I was doing the voting, too ... and it changed to the new format ... and there's no "next" or "previous" arrows/buttons! Or am I missing them?

I didn't even realize there had been a format change because I never leave team! But I'm glad to have the heads up just in case I get a wild hair...

It's a chore to have to do so much clicking, scrolling back, page before, nonsense. It's so NOT user friendly. We can handle some change Sugar but some of the things that keep getting brought up by the members - please consider putting them back.

* next button.
* our user box at the top of the page on Pop, Fab etc. so that we can tell if we have a new message. I feel so cut off from my friends and groups when I'm on Pop now.
* status (silver, gold diamond etc.)

and it seems my comments show my name is MrsJiggleswort. Please let it show full names.

Wait, stupid question, but doesn't it email you when there are new comments?

you can set it up that way, but also, if you go to a post that has had new comments since you last visited there is a link at the top that say "14 new comments" and if you click on it it takes you straight to the first new one.

I don't mind the new layout too much, but I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with the stories the same way if they don't add the 'new comments' feature back! Team, that's a really important feature!

New comments and the Next/Previous buttons at the very least. I think I could handle the changes if they were more user friendly - as it stands, it's very cumbersome to navigate.

While I'm not a fan of the new improvements, you guys have to realize that it takes the geeks more than one day to switch everything over PLUS do what we are asking them for. It might be a week before you see exactly what you want but I'm sure they're coding away as fast as they can.

I think we understand it takes times to make changes. What's confusing is why some of these very important elements were taken out to begin with? It's difficult to see through the maze of changes and think any of it was for our benefit. I'll be patient and hope the best is yet to come.

We're still working hard on the changes- we basically redid the guts of the site to make the site faster and to make it much easier to add new features. We're working on a ton of the suggestions- please keep them coming!

I read the Sugars primarily through Google Reader, so I haven't had too many issues with the new layout. I will say that I miss the status levels under everyone's name when they post. Also, even in Reader, I am having the same issue as Phasekitty - the Sugar Girls' heads are all cut off! I feel like I'm missing something on the top of the page! Aaah!

Yeah I miss the rankings too.

I never realized how much I use them to gauge someone's comments, but I apparently do it a lot.
